Memphis Woman Arrested for Probation Violation

MEMPHIS, Mo.- A Memphis woman has been arrested for violating probation.  Scotland County Sheriff Bryan Whitney reports to KMEM News that he arrested 30-year old Kimberly Ann Forquer Monday morning around 8:30.

Court documents allege that Forquer violated five different conditions of her probation.  The first allegation states that Forquer was associating with another individual who is currently on probation.  The documents state that Forquer had previously been ordered to have no contact with this individual.  Forquer initially denied the association, but later admitted that she was in fact staying at this individual’s residence.

Two of the allegations involve Forquer’s failure to report for check-ins and failure to provide her residential address.  The other two allegations state that Forquer failed to comply with her probation officer’s order to undergo substance use evaluation and treatment, as well as mental health treatment.

The 5-year supervised probation began on September 1st of 2021 and stemmed from original charges of 1st degree Arson, a Class B Felony, and a Class A Misdemeanor of Endangering the Welfare of a Child in the 2nd degree.  Forquer is being held in the Scotland County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash-only bond.
